About the Principals
Percy Rhoden, a Jamaican resident of the BVI was a civil engineer working on high rise construction in New York prior to his arrival in the BVI in 1989. From 1989 to 1995 he was the construction supervisor on all major projects for a BVI based civil engineering construction company. In 1995 he formed Meridian Construction Co. Ltd.
Richard Starkey, a British resident of the BVI, is a Quantity Surveyor who has lived in the BVI since 1979 and specialized in project management of civil construction to 1988. From 1988 to 1996, Richard was a director of a civil engineering construction company before joining Meridian Construction Co. Ltd.
